Melissa Kennedy
Melissa Kennedy is an artist and educator from New Brunswick. Melissa started her career as a full time artist in 2016 when she graduated from the drawing and sculpture program of The Florence Academy of Art, a classical atelier style school in Florence, Italy that focuses on figurative art. She spent the following three years as a principle instructor at the academy before returning to NB.
Since then she has broadened her scope of subject matter, and enjoys working on realistic works of animals and nature scenes as well as figurative and portrait work. Melissa has had the opportunity to exhibit in group shows and sales in London, Barcelona, and New York. Her work is available here in New Brunswick through Gallery 78.
