The Saint John Arts Centre will be hosting an Oyster Cafe Pop-Up on Tuesday July 28th, 2026 at 6:00PM in the Port Saint John Gallery. Attendees will indulge in a delicious oyster and non-alcoholic drink pairing—experience something completely unique and leave with a new appreciation and knowledge about oysters.

The tasting will happen amongst Debbie Brady’s exhibition A Closer Look: Glimpses of an Unseen World. A collection of complex macro-photographic images of oyster shells from around the world. Each piece is accompanied by the oyster shell that was used for the photograph along with a description about the piece itself.

Tickets are $40 per person

Michael-Ann Rowe is an Emmy Award winner, and native of New Brunswick. She is a seafood expert who specializes in ‘all things oysters’, and lobster. She is the creator of the Canadian Oyster Festival, NYC; Canadian Oyster Café pop-ups and is referred to as The Fishionista®
