Description
Immerse yourself in the art of pottery with our 6-day Pottery on the Wheel Intensive Workshop. Designed for those looking to refine their skills, this hands-on course guides you through the full creative process—from preparing your clay to throwing, shaping, and finishing your pieces. Under the guidance of Ralph Seely you will explore a variety of techniques, develop your personal style, and leave with a collection of your own functional and decorative pottery. Perfect for anyone eager to deepen their connection with clay in a focused, supportive environment.
Participants have the option of purchasing a 25-pound sleeve of clay ($35) from the arts centre in advance, at the time of the workshop with the option to buy more if desired, or bring their own. If bringing your own clay, please contact SJAC before the workshop to confirm that it is safe for our kiln.
