Pottery on the Wheel Level 3 (Tues. Sept. 2026)

Level Three: Intermediate Wheel Throwing

This 6-week class is geared toward students with previous experience working with clay. Students who have only completed the Beginner Pottery course are encouraged to take the Continued Wheel Throwing class before registering for this course. This class is intended for students who can work independently and are comfortable throwing at least 3 pounds of clay. Students will choose the projects and skills they wish to focus on, with guidance from our instructor.

Prerequisites: Students are asked to take at least two Level Two courses before registering for the Level Three workshop.

  • Ralph Seely

    Ralph Seely, a graduate of the New Brunswick College of Craft & Design, is a professional potter who focuses on creating functional pottery intended for everyday use.

    He is inspired by the natural surroundings where he lives; the powerful ocean, flowing rivers and the changing colours that paint the landscape of Southern New Brunswick. His goal is to bring each piece to life its own unique way.
